We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee (excluding shipping) from the date of purchase (online purchases only).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our Cacao products, please contact us at info@sacredtaste.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must consume the product every day for a continuous period of 25 days as recommended by Sacred Taste, and not experience any benefits that are stated on our website. This gives the product a fair chance to work as intended and to truly feel its effect. Please note that our "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" policy applies exclusively to your first order. Subsequent orders will not be eligible for this guarantee.
Our customer service team will review your claim and help you with the exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment mentioned in the invoice.
If you receive a defective or faulty item, please provide photographic or video evidence of the issue, along with your proof of purchase, and email them to info@sacredtaste.com.
