Sacred Love Hemp Porridge
There's nothing quite like a warm and comforting bowl of porridge to keep you toasty and satiated on a cold winter's day. Our version is made from hemp instead of oats, making it keto friendly, low-carb, gluten free and packed with protein and healthy fats too. Our Sacred Love organic drinking cacao gives it a beautiful Turkish Delight twist. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Hemp Porridge:
50 g hemp seeds
20 g almond flour
40 g sacred love drinking cacao
60 g natvia
10 g golden flax meal
10 g chia seeds
Dash of salt
1 tbsp rose water
1/2 tsp cardamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 ml plant-based mylk
Ganache:
55 g melted coconut oil
10 g melted cacao butter
40 g sacred love drinking cacao
80 g natvia
25 ml warm plant-based mylk
Method:
- Place all ingredients for the porridge in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy. remove from heat and divide into two bowls.
- Whisk all ganache ingredients until smooth and velvety. If the ganache starts to thicken you can simply whisk it with a tiny amount of warm mylk until you get the texture you desire.
- To serve, top porridge with sliced strawberries, pistachios and ganache. Pair with a warm cup of Sacred Love organic drinking cacao. Set your intentions. Eat mindfully. Enjoy fully. Life is Sacred.
